Chicago (June 25, 2008) � Chicago-based B2B publisher Schofield Media will relaunch Furniture & Interiors magazine (F&I) as North American Design, beginning with its fall 2008 issue. The quarterly magazine�s contents will be written to appeal to architects, interior designers, design/build contractors, and furniture and furnishings companies.
�Every issue will contain original editorial from our in-house editors and expert contributors to help our readers prosper in today�s environment,� said John Krukowski, editorial director. �We will use a mix of case studies, company/project profiles and designer spotlights to highlight the industry�s best practices.�
North American Design will replace the four-year-old F&I. �The new title reflects North American Design�s broad appeal across the design profession,� commented Jason Quan, vice president of editorial research. �We want North American Design to showcase the most exciting developments for architects, interior designers, design/build contractors, and furniture and furnishings companies. We call these the Four Pillars of North American Design.�
